CANCELLATION POLICY
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation terms: Appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or result in a no-show with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file or included in your next invoice. This policy is in place to respect the time of both clients and providers, and to allow opportunities for other clients to book in place of cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
